T & B Door is who we refer to our real estate clients. T & B does great work at good prices. We’ve had them do service door replacement, garage door motor replacement, and bay door and track replacement.
We found that they have skilled staff, do clean work, and are personable. It’s also nice that they do work throughout the Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana region.
I don’t know much about doors and appreciate how they are happy to educate you on the process. For example, I had no idea that a rain guard above the service door was something good to install to prevent water from getting into the door and thus this rain guard would prevent rust and extend the life of the door.
